Blitz Day

Blitz Day – Thursday, March 21st

  • 􏰀  3:00 – 6:30

    Work hard selling for at least 1 hour.  We do not expect you to be out selling for 3 1/2 hours :)

    We also do not recommend or encourage random, door to door sales.  

  • Car Pooling

  •       You must take a new form and return with it between 6:00 and 7:00pm
    o Sell as many MORE boxes as you can.
    o Report back to MHS by 6:30pm with order forms & money.

Monday

Practice until 5:00
Cookie Sale Check

Tuesday

Practice until 5:00

Wednesday

1hour early release.  No practice.  Distance kids will meet with Coach Justin Heck.

Thursday

Blitz Day.  Meet in Lecture Room 1 at 2:30

  • Bring cookie order forms and all collected money.
  • This is a mandatory meeting
    • All MHS Track & Field Athletes must attend and submit their order forms (even if you have not sold any cookies)
  • You will be given a new order form and the opportunity to sell additional cookies as part of our BLITZ
  • Return between 6:00pm and 7:00pm with your Blitz form and money. 

Mandatory Parent / Athlete Meeting - Boys in Lecture Room 1, Girls in Lecture Room 2 @ 7:00pm

Due at / by meeting

Friday

· Submitted   Current Physical to MHS Athletic Office... DUE NOW
§ Must be dated after April 15, 2012
· Submitted MHS Athlete Information Sheet to Coach Ray... DUE NOW 
§ Must be new for spring season
· Attend all practices during “Try Out” week – 3/11 – 3/15 and 3/18 - 3/21
o Including Blitz Day meeting, Thursday 3/21 @ 2:30pm in Lecture Room
· Attend Parent / Athlete Meeting with at least one parent or guardian
§ Thursday, March 21st @ 7:00pm
·       · Submit Parent-Athlete Handbook Acknowledgement / ContractForm on File at parent / athlete meeting.

·Submit  Trojan Track & Field 2013 "How to Make the Team Checklist"  at parent / athlete meeting.

· Return Cookie Order Form on Blitz Day -- Cookie Information
§ (Between 6:00pm &7:00pm – prior to Parent / Athlete meeting)
§ Although we strongly encourage all of our student-athletes to participate in our fundraiser, we cannot require that you sell cookies. However, we do require that you return your order form at the established time; even if you have not sold any cookies.
