Trojan Track & Field - 2017
2015 was a season to remember. Finishing 2nd in the SEC, 2nd in the Region, 4th at MITCA Team States, and 3rd in the State, it brought our best finish in recent history.
Last year, although we finished without the accolades of 2015, we continued to focus on the process that got us to our 3rd place finish.
This season, we bring back a tremendous group of Track & Field Athletes!
We have leaders who care about this sport and student-athletes who care about one another. I'm excited at the possibilities!
I'm ready to work this winter and I hope you are too.
In the coming season, as always, we seek to increase our roster size, improve our academic & athletic performance, and establish a culture of sportsmanship with an emphasis on team.
As we move toward the 2017 season, ask yourself the following questions:
Does the MHS Trojan Track & Field matter to me?
Do I care about my teammates?
Can I commit to excellence?
Can my coaches trust me?
Before you show up this season, be sure you can answer "yes" to all of the above.
Although we graduated some of our top leaders, we have a tremendous group of talented and hard working student-athletes returning. I look forward to moving forward as - TEAM FAMILY TROJANS!

Winter Conditioning / Indoor Track
Monroe High School
Track & Field boasts a long standing tradition of academic and athletic
excellence. We are used to success, but
understand that it only comes through hard work. We seek self-motivated
student-athletes; those with the will to be the best that they can be in the
classroom, on the track and in the field. We
are grateful for your interest in our program and excited to provide an
opportunity for continued excellence.
Indoor Track is our winter conditioning program for
the MHS Track & Field Team is not an official MHS sport. We meet beginning the first Monday in
December through the end of February when outdoor track begins.
The Michigan Indoor
Track Series is a separate entity from the Monroe High School
Indoor Track program.
