- Please be dressed (wear your warm up and trainers), hydrated and on the bus (at flagpole) by 3:00 pm.
- Be sure to pack everything you will need for the meet.
- Food, water, competition shoes, implements.
- We should be home by 9:30pm
Parking will be tough as it is a weeknight and EMU is in session.
Park wisely to avoid issues with tickets and towing. There are lots within
walking distance where parents can park. Buses can unload at the front door.
Please do not attempt to enter the building though the side doors.
Remind your parents coming that there will be a parking fee for parking lots and that there is an admission fee of $5 for spectators.
RESULTS will be emailed late Wednesday night after the meet or first thing Thursday morning.
AWARDS will be available for pick up after the meet is done....we will not mail awards! Remember to pick them up!
FIELD EVENT athletes can simply sign up at the event. No seeding will be done. Athletes need wristbands as we will process results based upon their wristband numbers.
RELAY CARDS will be available for COACHES on the main floor. Please get these cards in quickly.
If you have to change a name as the meet goes on, don't worry about it unless the team wins or sets a meet record.
INDIVIDUAL TRACK EVENTS - we will be using MITS on track seeding for heats. Please make sure your athletes have a reasonable early season seed time in their head so they can be correctly placed in heats so they can compete against those other athletes of equal ability.
