• Monday - Practice - 2:30 - 5:00
• Tuesday - Dual at Ann Arbor Huron - 
• Excusal at 1:45.  No announcement will be made.  
• Please be dressed, hydrated, and on the bus by 2:00.  
• Field Events - 4:30
• Track Events - 4:45

• Wednesday - Practice - 2:30 - 5:00
• Thursday - Practice - 2:30 - 5:00
• Workout 3:15 - 4:15
• 4:15 - 5:00 - Weight Room
• Jefferson FR / SO make up meet
• With Coach Wood and Coach Justin
• Bus - 2:30 from the track
• 4:00 PM – Field Events (no pole vault) 
• 5:30 PM – Running events begin. (will start sooner if possible, so be ready)
