TEAM CONDITIONING - Monday, February 27th 

Although many of our Trojan Track & Field athletes have been at it all winter, conditioning and competing for Final Boss in the Michigan Indoor Track Series, we begin full team conditioning (for any prospective team member not playing a winter sport) on Monday, February 27th.  

  • You must a have a current physical, dated on our after 4/15/16, to begin conditioning.
  • Please bring the following equipment to team conditioning:
    • Appropriate footwear
      • Running shoes or cross trainers
        • Spikes or competition shoes (if you own a pair)
    • Indoor and outdoor workout clothing.
      • Shorts & T-shirt
      • Sweats / jacket / tights or other cold weather undergarments
      • Winter hat
      • Gloves
    • Water bottle
    • Towel or yoga mat 

Mandatory Meeting - Wednesday, March 1st 

Try outs / Mandatory Practice - Monday, March 13th 

Parent Meeting - Tuesday, March 14th

  • Attend Mandatory Sign Up Meeting
    • Wednesday, March 1st  @ 2:30 in Lecture Room #1
  • Attend all practices during “Try Out” week – 3/13 – 3/17 and 3/20 - 3/24
    • Including Blitz Day meeting, Tuesday, March 14th @ 2:30pm in Lecture Room 
  • Attend Parent / Athlete Meeting with at least one parent or guardian
    • Tuesday, March 14th   @ 6:00pm 
  • Return Cookie Order Form on Blitz Day, 3/14
    • (Between 5:00pm &6:00pm – prior to Parent / Athlete meeting)
    • Although we strongly encourage all of our student-athletes to participate in our fundraiser, we cannot require that you sell cookies.  However, we do require that you return your order form at the established time; even if you have not sold any cookies.
